Author's Note Most Koreans love spicy food. Even if you are Korean, there are some people who can't eat spicy food well. Therefore, restaurants often offer different levels of spiciness. Nowadays, there are many more types of spicy food. One of the favorite foods of Koreans is Tteokbokki. Tteokbokki is rice cakes simmered in a spicy sauce. Tteok is made of rice and is chewy. It is flavored with spicy chili sauce, sugar, garlic, pepper, and various vegetables.  The flavor of the sauce determines the flavor of the tteokbokki. Mid-Priced Korean Restaurants Sanchaehyang Gwanghwamun Restaurants Author's Note Do you like Hanjeongsik? I sometimes think of Hanjeongsik when I want to eat a variety of dishes. I suddenly wondered if it's just a higher level than Baekban, or if it has to be a 9-course, 12-course meal with a variety of ingredients and recipes. So I looked it up. According to the Encyclopedia of Korean Folklore "Hanjeongsik is short for 'Korean set meal'. It refers to a set meal in which a restaurant sets a certain value and serves a variety of foods in a plated manner. It's usually served in high-end restaurants. In high-end restaurants in Europe and North America, salad salad, soup soup, main dish main dish, and dessert dessert are served one after another over time.
